1 Fish – 1 – 1 1/2 kg (bouri, seabass, … )
1 1/2 cups Tehina
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Olive Oil
2 tbsp Sunflower Oil slite
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1 bunch Coriander – chopped
1 tsp Cumin
6 Garlic Cloves – chopped
1 tbsp Fish Spices
2 Lemons – sliced
2 Onions – sliced
Salt and Pepper
1.Wash fish well. Make a cut on the upper or lower side of fish. Mix olive oil, garlic, ¼ cup lemon juice, fish spices, salt and pepper. Use mixture to rub fish from out side and inside.
2.In a baking dish, add 2 tbsp oil then fill its inside with lemon slices, chopped coriander and a few onion slices.
3.Heat oven to 190-200 C . Cover dish with foil and cook fish in oven for 30-40 minutes or until fish is done. Remove from dish and put in a serving baking dish (glass or porcelain)
4.In a bowl mix tehina remaining lemon juice, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper, and stir until smooth . Add little water if texture is thick.
5.Add tehina to Cover fish body . Return to oven for 5-10 minutes.
6.Serve in the same dish. Garnish with pomegranate and fresh coriander.
