Fattoush

Ingredients

1 Green Pepper – diced
3 Tomatoes – medium size, diced

1/2 head Lettuce – medium size

3 Cucumbers – medium size

2 loaves Shamy Bread

2 tbsp Lemon Juice

1/2 cup Olive Oil

1 tsp Sumac

2 tbsp Red Vinegar

1 tbsp Parsley – dried and crushed

2 tbsp Mint – fresh and chopped

1 Garlic Clove – crushed

3 heads Radish

1 tbsp Pomegranate – molasses

Salt and Pepper

Directions
1.Cut Shamy bread into small squares 1 cm and broil in a toaster or until crunchy to make croutons. You can also fry them in oil.
2.Cut lettuce into thin strips (1 cm thin). Slice cucumbers and radish then cut each slice in half.
3.Mix tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, green pepper, fresh mint and radish in a salad bowl.
4.Mix crushed garlic with salt, pepper, lemon juice, vinegar, pomegranate molasses, sumac, dried mint and olive oil. Add to salad bowl. Sprinkle croutons on surface. Serve right away.
